Ford Shelby GT500 unveiled: Check images of most powerful car in company's history!
Ford's all new, the Shelby GT500 was showcased in Detroit auto show. It has a power house engine with more than 700 horsepower under its capacity. The GT500 will be the most powerful street-car, when up for sale. As the beast is supercharged 5.2-liter V-8 mated with a first seven-speed dual-clutch automatic. According to Ford, the GT500 will be able to hit 60 mph in less than three seconds and turn the quarter-mile in less than eleven seconds.

On the interior, the cockpit looks premium with an available exposed carbon-fiber instrument-panel and door panels with advance stitching. There's a 12-inch full-color LCD instrument cluster as well as an optional 12-speaker B&O audio system with an 8.0-inch touchscreen. (Source: Ford)

The car comes with an aggressive front splitter, functional hood vent with removable rain tray and self-locating hood pins, a standard 20 inches wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Tires. It has two options over packages: Vinyl or Painted. (Source: Ford)
