Ravneet Gill, Deutsche bank chief to take charge of Yes Bank: 5 interesting facts about him
Yes Bank on Thursday announced Ravneet Gill as its new CEO and MD! All eyes have been watching Yes Bank since September 2018, when RBI shockingly asked it to end tenure of the then chief Rana Kapoor. Gill will now overtake from Kapoor from March 2019. The bank in its December 2018 (Q3FY19) result made this announcement. Here are a few interesting facts about the new Yes Bank CEO and MD:
1. Gill has been the Chief Executive Officer of India at Deutsche Bank AG, India since August 1, 2012. He was also the member of the bank’s Asia-Pacific executive committee. Image source: Facebook profile
2. Gill's relation with Deutsche Bank goes back to early 1990s. He joined the bank in 1991 leading sections like capital markets and treasury solutions. This means Gill is finally ending his 28 years of relation with Deutsche Bank.Image source: Facebook profile
