Check out the full list of STATES where schools have been CLOSED due to COVID-19

The schools for classes one to eight has been closed till April 11, 2021. Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had ordered the closure of schools for students up to classes eight till April 8, 2021. The Karnataka government has also suspended classes six to nine from April 1, 2021.  Though the physical classes have been suspended from classes 6 to 9, the offline classes will continue for class 10 students. Source: PTI

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that the educational institutions in the state will remain closed till April 15, 2021 due to the recent surge in the number of coronavirus cases in the state. The state government of Himachal Pradesh had earlier closed schools, colleges and other educational institutions from March 27 to April 4, but the closure has now been extended up to April 15.
