IFB Agro: Up 16.18%. The beverage company has reported a consolidated profit of Rs 14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a loss of Rs 1 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Khadim: Up 12.37%. The footwear maker has reported a consolidated profit of Rs 12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a loss of Rs 20 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
J&K Bank: Up 1.99%. The state-owned scheduled banking and financial services company has reported a standalone profit of Rs 316 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a loss of Rs 294 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Power Grid: Down 3.13%. The state-owned electric utility company has reported a 10% YoY rise in the standalone profit at Rs 3,516 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 3,183 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Besides, the board has declared a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.
Natco Pharma: Down 1.14%. The pharmaceutical company has reported a 43% YoY decline in the consolidated profit at Rs 53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 93 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Tube Investments: Down 2.89%. The engineering company has reported a 144% YoY jump in the profit at Rs 144 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 59 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Besides, the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share. It also approved a fundraising plan of Rs 200 crore.
Novartis India: Down 5.50%. The pharmaceutical company has reported a 42.8% YoY rise in the profit at Rs 10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Besides, the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share.
Nava Bharat Ventures: Down 7.10%. Indian ferroalloys manufacturer has reported a 6% YoY drop in the consolidated profit at Rs 134 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 143 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Besides, the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share.
Albert David: Down 5.53%. The pharmaceutical company has reported a profit of Rs 7 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. It had posted a loss of Rs 3 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Besides, the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per equity shares for FY21.

Dodla Dairy: The initial public offering (IPO) of Dodla Dairy was subscribed 5.70 times by 12:45 pm on the last day of subscription. The integrated dairy company seeks to raise Rs 520.18 crore through the public offer. The price band has been fixed at Rs 421-428 per equity share.
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences: The initial public offering (IPO) of Krishna Institute of Medical Science Ltd.’s (KIMS Hospitals) was subscribed 0.72 times by 12:45 pm on the last day of subscription. KIMS seeks to raise up to Rs 2,143.74 crore through the public offer. The price band for the offer has been fixed at Rs 815-825 per equity share.
