7th Pay Commission latest update: In some very good news for government job-seekers, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a central government job notification for the post of Assistant Director (Forensic Audit). After the recruitment, the selected candidate will be given 7th CPC linked Level-8 pay scale that has a number of top allowances attached to it like dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA) and much more making for a fat pay packet.

The selected candidate will be eligible for 7th pay commission perks like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), etc.

7th CPC Pay Scale

7th CPC Pay Scale

As per the UPSC job notification, the selected candidate will be appointed in General Central Service, Group B (Gazetted) (Non-Ministerial) service in 7th CPC linked Level-8 pay scale. Means the pay scale of the employee will be from Rs 47,600 to Rs 1,51,100 inclusive of other 7th pay commission perks like DA, HRA, TA, etc.

According to the notification, the applicant should be an Essential Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) or Master’s of Business Economics or Master’s in Commerce or Bachelor’s in Law.

AGE LIMIT

For General Category candidate, maximum age limit is 30 years on 4th March 2021. In the case of Other Backward Caste (OBC) candidates, the upper age limit will be 33 years on the same date.
