Apple Watch has yet again become a lifesaver for a 79-year-old veterinarian from Waco, Texas. The person has credited the Apple Watch for saving his life after the device's heart rate monitor notified him of atrial fibrillation.
The notification of irregular heart rhythm and potential atrial fibrillation made him rush to his doctor. After diagnosis and then surgery at St. David's South Austin Medical Center, Emerson has successfully treated the irregular heart rhythm. Reuters
