Moto G6 Play, Samsung Galaxy J6 to Honor 7A, here are 7 smartphones to be launched this week

It will be raining new smartphones this week, as many companies are gearing up to launch their Android phones in India. Customers who are looking to purchase a phone this week will have the option of choosing between seven new ones as companies like Samsung, Motorola and Huawei will be presenting the latest models in India. So, from Moto G6 Play, Samsung Galaxy J6 to Honor 7A, here is what is what you need to watch out for:

Moto G6 Play: With the latest news circulated, it being known that Motorola will be launching it’s Moto G6 Play alongside Moto G series tomorrow in India. Moto G6 series are expected to be different the Moto G5 series, as they may be packed with 3D design which is featured currently in Moto X4. A BGR report stated that,  Moto G6 Play will be officially launched in India on May 21. Reportedly, people familiar with Motorola India’s plan, the smartphone will be available exclusively on Flipkart and Amazon India.

Last month, Motorola launched the Moto G6 series which features Moto G6, Moto G6 Play and Moto G6 Plus in Brazil. This was launched after nearly eight months of Moto G5S series in August last year.

Moto G6 Play features a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. Motorola calls the display as Max Vision since it now supports the taller aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB storage.

Samsung  Galaxy A6: Samsung Electronics will be introducing three models namely Galaxy A6, Galaxy A6+ and Galaxy J6 tomorrow. It has been revealed that Samsung has already sent out invites for A6 series launch, but the company on its website has also mentioned that J6 series which will feature an Infinity Display, will be made available in stores from May 22.

Samsung Galaxy J6: According to Gagdets Now report, this phone is expected to have a 5.6" (14.22 cm) display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2180 pixels and runs on Android v8.0 (Oreo) operating system. It will be powered by Octa core, 1.6 GHz, Cortex A53 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM. As far as the battery is concerned it has 3300 mAh.

Galaxy A6, Galaxy A6+: The company introduced a new Galaxy A series involving these two models on May 02. In a notification of Samsung, these two phones feature a a powerful front and rear camera, a sleek premium design and Samsung’s signature Infinity Display, the new Galaxy A series is available in four stylish colors; Black, Gold, Blue and Lavender.
