Mother's Day 2019 is around the corner, and you will be amazed to know that of the top 20 highest paid CEOs, there were just five women on the list. The report is done by Equilar. Safra Catz is the highest-paid female CEO, followed by Indra Nooyi, Phebe Novakovic, Lynn J. Good and Marillyn Hewson.

As per Equilar ranking, Safra Catz is the highest-paid female CEO who landed in the list of overall top 5 highest paid CEOs at No 4. (No. 3 overall was her co-CEO at Oracle, Mark Hurd, whose pay came in about $100,000 above Catz's.) Catz joined Oracle (ORCL) in the year 1999. According to Wharton Magazine, Catz "drove" Oracle's successful 2005 hostile takeover of PeopleSoft.
