Several experts have suggested to include Class 9 marks and scores of the mid-term examinations that are conducted by the schools in order to compile the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results.
Internal assessment
Many schools in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Delhi, Noida, Bhubaneswar and Surat have shared with the CBSE information on the number of exams (both online and offline) conducted in the year. The schools have shared the kind of evaluation process used for these exams. Expectedly, based on this information, the CBSE will formulate the 'objective criterion' and compile the results of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates.
Last year pattern
In 2020, several papers for the CBSE Board Exams were stalled after the pandemic broke out. At that time, the CBSE had calculated the marks of the students for the first three exams in March 2020. The students who have completed all the CBSE 10th class exams got the results based on their performance in the exams. However, students who appeared for more than three exams got results based on the average of the best three subjects.
Option to sit for written exam
The CBSE has also informed the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates that in case if any student is not satisfied with the marks obtained, the student has the option to appear for a written exam when the circumstances are conducive in holding the exams.
CBSE website
The CBSE will soon decide an evaluation scheme for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The students must keep an eye on the CBSE official website at cbse.gov.in for any updates.
