After robust subscription, Anupam Rasayan IPO (Initial Public Offer) got below par listing that was disappointing for market experts, investors and company promoters. Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi spoke to Anupam Rasayan Chairman & Promoter Kiran Patel and company CFO Afzal Malkani and find out the vision document of the company. The company officials told Anil Singhvi where they see it in next two to three years and how it will benefit shareholders in this period.
When Anil Singhvi asked about the disappointing Anupam Rasayan IPO listing, Kiran Patel said, "Well, as a company we are not bothered about the share price of the company because we know the actual worth of the company and its fundamentals but for our investors who invested for small-term gains, yes, we are disappointed for them. However, I would like to assure our long-term investors that in the long-term they are going to benefit a lot as the company share price is available at a discounted price and soon there will be sharp surge in it once our quarterly numbers are out."

On where he sees the company in the next two to three years Patel, told Singhvi, "In the next two years, we would be a force to reckon with and I see Anupam Rasayan in the top 5 companies of the API business while in the next three years, we would be in the top 3 companies."

Speaking on the margins of Anupam Rasayan Afzal Malik told Anil Singhvi, "Our PAT (Profit After Tax) got reduced due to the rise in financial cost but in coming times we see it at around 3-4 per cent profit."
