Institutional investment in realty sector up 17 pc in July-September to $721 mn; office saw 75 pc dip
Institutional investment in real estate increased 17 per cent year-on-year to USD 721 million in the July-September period, driven by better infusion of funds in housing, data centre and warehousing projects, according to JLL India.
Institutional flow of funds includes investments by family offices, foreign corporate groups, foreign banks, proprietary books, pension funds, private equity, real estate fund-cum-developers, foreign funded NBFCs, sovereign wealth funds. Source: Reuters
