Recommending Premier Explosives, Sethi said it is a very strong company that makes explosives for propellants that are used in launching satellites, rockets and missiles.

It has be traditionally part of Indian Space programme and has contributed in Akash and Astra missile launch. " The company's promoter (AN Gupta) is a gold medalist in mining. This is a very innovative company that has many detonators stores. Besides, the government's focus on 'Make in India', defence, space programme also work for this share," said Vikas Sethi.
He said one reason of picking this company is that it has already reported loss last year and a turnaround in this share can be expected soon. " The result of Premier Explosives shares is due on Monday and Tuesday. It can well show rally from here," said Sethi.
Sethi suggested short term target of Rs 165 for this counter with a stoploss of Rs 140.
Premier Explosives shares ended the day at Rs 152.35, gaining Rs 13.85 or 10 per cent on NSE on Friday.
